Greetings! In this hard and painful time of COVID-19 global pandemic, we hope that you are safe and healthy at your home. The current situation has made us rethink and re-devise our skills, mind-set and pedagogy for imparting knowledge and education to our learners. In order to better understand the impact and importance of teaching-learning process in the ever changed and difficult situation, an attempt is made here to survey and study the: “ New Horizon of ICT for Dissemination of Knowledge and Education on an e-Learning & ODL Platform with special reference to Professional Programs in India amid COVID-19” (Abbreviation used: ICT- Information and Communication Technology, ODL- Open and Distance learning, COVID- Corona Virus Disease).
