Role of Employability Enhancement Training in Placement of MBA Graduates
Abstract The aim of the study is to understand the importance of Employability enhancement training for the MBA pursuing students and how it lays the foundation for long term or stable sustainable employability. The employability enhancement training is not only restricted to emphasize the students to get job after the completion of their degree but also ensures essential behavior, necessary skills and information in them. These pave the path for the long-term association of employees with their organization and hence overall sustainability can be achieved. The study has been carried in Nagpur with a sample Sample size= 230, 100 students (Employees) who have recently joined industry ,Two batch of 50 students (100) and 30 HR managers which together constitute 230. Universe for the study is Nagpur city and the sampling technique is convenience sampling.
